Banana Muffins Recipe
Hey there 🙂
Today, I want to share with you easy and tasty banana muffin recipe.
Ingredients (perfect for 12 muffins)
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of Baking powder
1 tsp of Baking soda
0.5 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract (for more flavor)
Begin by preheating your oven to 350F.
Now let’s mix together the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set it aside.
In a separate bowl mix mashed bananas, add sugar and egg. Then add melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, mix it well again. Then fold in the dry ingredients and combine the mixture until it smooths. Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin pans (filling out about 2/3 of it).
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 25-30 min. Decorate with anything you like (bananas, nuts or etc).
